1. Shipping Scope
We currently provide shipping services within Australia only. Shipping to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of AUD 100 or more (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping.

Orders with a total value of less than AUD 100 will be charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.
Taxes:
All product prices displayed and charged include applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders successfully placed and paid before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing on the following day.

If the processing start date falls on a non-working day, it will be deferred to the next working day.
4. Order Processing Time
After successful payment, orders will be prepared for shipment.
The processing time is 1–3 business days.
5. Shipping Timeframe
Under normal circumstances, the estimated total shipping timeframe is 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, or peak logistics periods.

We use established local carriers in Australia based on destination and operational requirements, including but not limited to:
